    Share resources across projects.

    It would be really helpful to share resources across projects so that availability of people can be easily managed.

    This is currently available in our Basecamp Edition of the software.

    We're currently working on this feature for our Standard Edition.

    Allow or show how to track/schedule multiple projects on one schedule - I need this for three campuses and multiple projects pending and ongoiing./ RLC

    The ability to open multiple projects at once and manage resources across them is currently available in our Basecamp Edition of the software.

    Eclipse / Mylyn Integration

    It would be absolutely awesome to be able to integrate AgileAgenda.com webservices into Eclipse / Mylyn. Like is the case with Trac/Jira/XPlanner and the like.

    Make all the Edit Tasks view columns sortable

    If you made the columns all sortable (by clicking on the head of the column) it would be easier to view all Tasks related to a specific Milestone for instance.

    Allow Firm Dates To Be Set

    Some events (such as training or monthly meetings) occur on a set date. This especially occurs when it involves people outside of your local office. So if I need to be in training for the 3rd week of July, provide a method of adding this fixed date into AA's schedule

    Automatic synchronization of local and remote data

    Right now schedules can be saved to the agileagenda.com website or to local files, but there's no automated way to synchronize those. It'd be helpful if there was.

    Enable multiple resources to be assigned to a task

    In our environment, we often have two resources assigned to a single task because they are working cooperatively. so it would be nice to be able to assign two people to a task.

    Add in project costing options.

    Allow the assignment of cost to hours of resources working so invoices can more easily be calculated.

    Have Light Table handle smaller progress bars better

    I have a bunch of tasks that range between half a day and 2 days, and in the Light Table view, the progress bars are very tiny, even when zoomed to the maximum. All my tasks are small like this, and it's difficult to see the differences when they're all so small.

    Show Dates Resources are not Available

    In the view schedule, create light backgrounds for dates when resources are unavailable. For example, if a resource (assigned a blue color) goes on vacation for 1 week, then have that 1 week show as a light blue shade. Maybe create 1 "Resource Unavailabilities" row and show all dates ... more

    Provide Tasking History

    When you click 'reschedule', all of your prior dates are lost. Provide a way to track when tasks were previously scheduled for completion. For example, be able to see that task1 was originally scheduled for a december date, but is now rescheduled to a january date....

    You can use the snapshot feature to accomplish this functionality. When viewing the schedule gantt chart, see the toolbar for the snapshot options.

    Make Your Tasks more like Basecamp To Do lists

    Right now in the AgileAgenda BC edition you only show a column for "Task" in the Edit Tasks view. However, you do not display the To Do list they belong to.     Show milestone progress bar

    I'd like to see a progress bars in the calendar view that illustrates the total cumulate progress for the milestone.

    Improve Schedule Readability

    I would like to suggest a couple items to improve readability of the schedule view.
    1. Show (or give the option to show) where weekends fall. Typically this is done with gray background and I think this would work well in AA.

    Make it easier to add tasks as sub-tasks of a Milestone.

    It is very difficult to see how tasks relate to Milestones when you are creating tasks. It would be great to be able to enter these hierarchically so that the relationships can be immediately seen and understood. I've gone back to MS Project (which I really hate because of its scheduling), but ... more

    One of the difficulties in this request is a task can be in multiple milestones, and milestones can be contained within other milestones. We'll have to figure out an easy to use UI to accomplish that.

    Dependencies inherit their Milestone's Priority

    It would save a lot of time to just make high-level Priority settings with Milestones and have the app automatically resolve all the dependent tasks to that order. Currently you have to manually set the dependencies to the same Priority as their Milestone in order for everything to true up.

    The standard edition of the software allows you to assign a task to multiple milestones. I'd be interested in hearing any ideas on how this feature might work for those cases?

    Perhaps a manual way to assign all of the tasks in a milestone to the milestone's priority would work?

    Export iCal calendars on a per-resource basis

    Allow the generation of iCal exports that include to-do items for select resources (people).

    Advanced ACL Lists

    More fine grained control over who has access to what in your schedule.

    The new web services have a much better access control mechanism for permissions to the schedules than previous versions. Vote for this item for more fine grained control in the future.
